We apologize but our webcam system does not work with MAC. It can only be viewed with a MAC if you install a PC Emulator and run Internet Explorer in PC Mode.
The webcams may not work if you are behind a firewall in your workplace for two reasons: Firstly, the web client needs to be installed and this requires administrative access over your computer. Secondly, ports 7777 and 1104 must be open and these ports might be closed by your firewall administrator.
Webcam password changes periodically. Please call and identify yourself to get updated password. Password is ONLY given out to clients!

DIRECTIONS:

1. Click the Link below.
2. After clicking the link below a new window will appear (If you have a pop up blocker you must disable it for the new window to open).
3. If not already maximize you window screen.
4. After a few moments a prompt will appear asking you to install the ActiveX Plugin. Click yes and follow directions.
If this does not happen then click here to install the ActiveX Plugin control manually. Click Run and then when prompted again click Run and then click Install. And then once again again try the Link to the Webcams.
5. A prompt will appear to enter the password. Please call us @ 718-499-3525 and identify yourself to get the password. The password MUST be entered every single time even if there is one already saved! The password is going to change periodically so if your password does not work please call to obtain the new password.
6. Click CONNECT after entering in the password.
7. Once logged you can choose to view all Four cameras by selecting the Four camera view.
8. Please CLOSE your browser after you are done viewing. This will allow other clients to view their dog since our current system allows limited users to be logged on at once.
